I had a phenomenal stay at this serene and tranquil hotel. I was amazed at the beautiful ambience and how peaceful and relaxing it was. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, even upgrading our rooms for free when they weren't ready. They also helped us navigate different destinations so we could fully enjoy Sun Moon Lake. The hotel even provided free bicycles, which allowed us to explore the lake and its surroundings. The room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The on-site restaurant had a great view, a wide variety of delicious food, and the breakfast was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for better service and highly recommend this hotel.

The Quadruple Room with Terrace had an amazing view of the surrounding greenery and lake. The breakfast variety was great, and the breakfast room on the ground level had a perfect view. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helped us plan our itinerary. They provided us with key location facts that helped us explore the area. the outdoor dining area was really lovely and provided a rustic ambiance.

The hotel was situated a little too far from all the action at Sun Moon Lake. We found that since the activities wind down after 5:30pm, it was difficult to get back to the hotel, so we had to end our day earlier.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the prices were very reasonable for what we got - a room with an awesome view of the lake. The attention to detail was evident, from the basic amenities provided to the comfortable beds. The location in a very peaceful area added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. I also loved the option of having breakfast on the deck with a view, it was a perfect start to the day.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel near the beautiful Sun Moon Lake. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, right by the lake and the scenic bikeway, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. Additionally, it was just a short walk from the bus station, making it easy to travel to other destinations like Taichung.

Although all aspects of my stay were delightful, there were a few minor details that could be improved upon for an even better experience.

Stunning views of the lake surrounded by woods, ideal for cycling. The room was spotlessly clean and had a balcony facing the lake. The breakfast was really good and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even provided free bikes and shuttle service to explore the area.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was a great experience. the room had a stunning view of the lake and was quite spacious. Another great aspect was the little recreational activities in the common area, which were fun and not something you see often. the included breakfast had a nice variety of options and the outdoor eating area made for a relaxing start to the day. the hotel offered transportation , which was helpful in exploring the area.

The location of the hotel wasn't great as it was quite far from any town surrounding the lake. This made it difficult to explore any of the evening food options as public transportation stopped early.
